Under the DDA, what are reasonable adjustments?

For an employer – the provision, criterion, practice, or physical adjustment agreed with the individual employee or potential employee could be;

  1. Adjustments to premises
  2. Assign the person to a different place of work
  3. Acquire or modify equipment
  4. Terms of contract

For a service provider –

  1. Removal of a feature
  2. Alteration of a feature
  3. Provide means of avoiding feature
  4. Provide the service by an alternative means.
